“I wish men were just more vulnerable; women appreciate that” – Beverly Naya

Nollywood actress Beverly Naya has expressed her desire for men to embrace vulnerability more openly, stating that it is a trait appreciated by women.

During a conversation with her colleague Efa Iwara, the actress emphasized that women value men who are in touch with their emotions and are willing to be vulnerable.

According to Beverly, a man’s willingness to show vulnerability towards his partner indicates genuine love.

She expressed her wish for men to feel comfortable being vulnerable without fear of judgment or embarrassment.

Beverly highlighted that Nigerian men, in particular, are often conditioned to view vulnerability as a weakness, a mindset she disagrees with and hopes to see changed.
