The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced the schedule for the 2024 Batch ‘B’ Stream II Orientation Course.
According to the NYSC, the orientation course will commence on Wednesday, August 28, 2024.
This information was revealed in a circular dated August 7, 2023, titled “2024 Batch ‘B’ Orientation Course.” The circular, signed by the Director of PRS, Ahmed Ikaka, on behalf of the Director General of the corps, stated that the orientation exercise will be held across all 36 states of the federation, including the Federal Capital Territory.
Registration for the course is set to take place from August 28 to August 30, with the deadline for registration being midnight on Friday, August 30, 2024.
The swearing-in ceremony, which marks the official start of the service year for new corps members, is scheduled for Friday, August 30, 2024.
The orientation course will include various activities designed to prepare corps members for their service year, concluding with a closing ceremony on Tuesday, September 17, 2024.
