Oluwadolarz reveals that despite living together for months, Sydney Talker didn’t back his music.

Nigerian comedian and skit-maker Oluwadolarz disclosed encountering a lack of support from his peers upon entering the music scene. 

During an episode of The Echoo Room, he shared that despite accommodating friends Lord Lamba and Sydney Talker in Lagos for several months, they didn’t promote or endorse his music. 

Oluwadolarz further mentioned that only fellow skit-maker Bae U stood by him amidst his interactions with colleagues in the comedy industry.

Oluwadolarz, a Nigerian comedian and skit-maker, revealed that he faced a lack of support from his peers when he decided to pursue a career in music. 

Despite releasing his debut EP, he noted that his close friends Lord Lamba and Sydney Talker, with whom he resided in Lagos for several months, did not promote or endorse his music. 

Reflecting on his connections within the comedy industry, he mentioned that only Bae U, another skit maker, provided him with support.

The content creator further expressed that, contrary to common belief, there exists intense competition among Nigeria’s skit creators behind the scenes. 

His personal encounters have motivated him to produce a documentary shedding light on his journey and the absence of support within the content creation sector.
